The Rural Industry Service Center (RISC) should cover one of the following services.

Provide testing facility by established laboratories to ensure product quality.

To provide common good machinery / equipment that can be used by local groups / artists as a facility to add value to the product or increase production capacity.

To provide attractive and suitable packaging facility and machinery to local groups / artists for good marketing of their products.

Apart from the above facilities, RISC provides the following services

To provide training facility for enhancing the skills of the artists to increase the age.

In consultation with experts / agencies for value addition of rural manufacturing units, new designs or new products, product diversification should be made available.

The central government today (Wednesday) unveiled the guidelines for Unlock 5.  

According to the guideline declared by the Home Ministry, the country will be unlocked by 1 to 31 October 2020. - The schools that will be allowed to open, have to follow the SOP prepared. The SOP Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, will make together the central government and state government. - Decision of higher education institutions and colleges will be taken together by the Department of Hire Education, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Home Affairs. 

Cinemas, theaters and multiplexes with 50% capacity will be open from October 15.  This will be implemented after 15th October.

 6 Cinemas - Multiplexes - Theaters can be started with 50% seating capacity. Business Exhibition (B2B) will be allowed subject to the conditions of the Ministry of Commerce.  Only Spotspersons i.e. swimming pools will be opened to train the athletes.  Amusement parks and similar places will be allowed to open.

 The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has informed that the rules of motor vehicle have been changed.  From October 1, important vehicle related documents like licenses, registration documents, fitness certificates, permits etc. can be maintained on the government-run web portal.  Now you can work only by showing a digital copy.  Records and registrations of reported crimes, including suspension, compounding and license revocation, will also be available on this web portal.

 Mobile can be used to see the road while driving

 From October 1, mobile or other handheld devices can be used while driving, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways said.  But it will only be used to view the map.  In addition, care should be taken not to distract the driver while driving with the help of mobile.  However, a fine of Rs 1,000 to Rs 5,000 can be imposed for talking on a mobile while driving.

 Buying a TV will be expensive

 Buying a TV from October 1 will also be expensive.  The government has decided to abolish the 5% customs duty on open cell imports used in TV manufacturing.  The government granted a one-year exemption for this, which will expire on September 30.  This will increase the price of a 32-inch TV by Rs 600 and a 42-inch TV by Rs 1,200 to Rs 1,500.
