Navaratri & Diwali vacation Babat pressnote

Navaratri & Diwali vacation Babat pressnote

Despite protests from several schools across the state, the Gujarat government on Tuesday declared an eight-day Navratri vacation, from september 30 to  October  7  for state-run or affiliated schools and colleges.
The government clarified that the decision will not be binding on schools affiliated to CBSE, ICSE and other boards schools or educational institutions not affiliated to the Gujarat government.
“The Navratri vacation will not adversely impact exam schedules as exams are to be held between October 22 and November 3. In the case of classes IX to XII, exams will be ”
Considering opposition to the vacation from many schools, who fear it will interfere with the set academic schedule, Chudasama reiterated that the Navratri vacation will be adjusted with the Diwali vacation.
“The Diwali vacation, which earlier stretched to November, now will be from september 30 to october  7 . The hue and cry by certain elements and the Congress are politically motivated. Not a single day of the academic session has been sacrificed for the Navratri vacation. Seven days of the Diwali vacation have been adjusted against the Navratri vacation,” Chudasama said.

ONLINE TEACHER TALIM SAMARTH 2 ANTARGAT TA 27 TO 31 DARMIYAN WORKSHOP MA UPASTHIT RAKHVA BABAT NO GR TATHA TEACHER LIST

Teachers working with Key Stage pupils might, for instance, focus on the subject content of science and develop science skills from these areas of experience. This product centred approach could, for example, give rise to oral explanations and demonstrations of scientific knowledge, and, from time to time, practical activities designed to provide direct experience of phenomena with opportunities to explore and investigate these phenomena. In providing a conceptual structure to help the learner build a functional mental representation, the teacher highlights what is relevant and the nature of the relationships between the elements. For example, the teacher might explain the compressibility of air in a bicycle pump by describing it as dispersed particles which may be brought closer or else by comparing it with the behaviour of a spring.

In contrast, teachers might focus on the processes of science and develop scientific conceptual understanding from it. This process-centred approach could, for instance, offer the children experiments and investigations as starting points for acquiring conceptual knowledge with little or no direct teaching of concepts. In this case a conceptual structure is withheld. The onus is on the children to recall or construct a functional mental representation without reference to a teachers' description of one. Pupils might infer relationships in the topic under study and may be given an opportunity to test and revise their ideas.

Of course, other teachers might focus on a combination of these two approaches and develop scientific skills and conceptual understanding from in this combination. This mixed approach could be a balance or, perhaps, a compromise, between a product-centred and a process-centred approach, in which the teacher provides a partial conceptual structure and leaves the remainder for children to construct by inferring, hypothesising, or testing their ideas. It could encourage lessons where children do investigations with some features already identified by the teacher, and with some conceptual knowledge about the subject that enables them to appreciate the purpose of the activity. In contrast, it could encourage lessons without a clear purpose which mixed different types of activity, but did not develop either conceptual or procedure understanding exclusively.

Science Activities and Experiments

Science activities help little learners of all ages understand important concepts, and these science activities for kids give them the opportunity to discover something completely new. What's more, science activities are fun! Some, like Oobleck, are messy. Others are impressive, like the classic erupting volcano project. Whatever activity you end up trying, your child will be developing new skills as he forms predictions and makes observations. No matter where your child's interests may lie, we have a science experiment that will teach him something cool and make him smile.

A test or examination (informally, exam or evaluation) is an assessment intended to measure a test-taker's knowledge, skill, aptitude, physical fitness, or classification in many other topics (e.g., beliefs).A test may be administered verbally, on paper, on a computer, or in a predetermined area that requires a test taker to demonstrate or perform a set of skills. Tests vary in style, rigor and requirements. For example, in a closed book test, a test taker is usually required to rely upon memory to respond to specific items whereas in an open book test, a test taker may use one or more supplementary tools such as a reference book or calculator when responding.

A test may be administered formally or informally. An example of an informal test would be a reading test administered by a parent to a child. A formal test might be a final examination administered by a teacher in a classroom or an I.Q. test administered by a psychologist in a clinic. Formal testing often results in a grade or a test score.

A test score may be interpreted with regards to a norm or criterion, or occasionally both. The norm may be established independently, or by statistical analysis of a large number of participants. An exam is meant to test a persons knowledge or willingness to give time to manipulate that subject.

A standardized test is any test that is administered and scored in a consistent manner to ensure legal defensibility.Standardized tests are often used in education, professional certification, psychology (e.g., MMPI), the military, and many other fields.

An election is a formal group decision-making process by which a population chooses an individual to hold public office.Elections have been the usual mechanism by which modern representative democracy has operated since the 17th century. Elections may fill offices in the legislature, sometimes in the executive and judiciary, and for regional and local government. This process is also used in many other private and business organizations, from clubs to voluntary associations and corporations.

A teacher (also called a school teacher or, in some contexts, an educator) is a person who helps others to acquire knowledge, competences or values.Informally the role of teacher may be taken on by anyone (e.g. when showing a colleague how to perform a specific task). In some countries, teaching young people of school age may be carried out in an informal setting, such as within the family (homeschooling), rather than in a formal setting such as a school or college. Some other professions may involve a significant amount of teaching.

In most countries, formal teaching of students is usually carried out by paid professional teachers. This article focuses on those who are employed, as their main role, to teach others in a formal education context, such as at a school or other place of initial formal education or

Holding elections in India, world's seventh largest nation by area and second most populous country is a complex process. The model code of conduct has already been put in place for this year's election where nearly 2,000 parties and over 8,000 candidates will be contesting elections for 543 seats. The model code of conduct is a set of guidelines that candidates, and political parties and governments must follow to keep elections fair.

Two-thirds of Indians are under 35. With 43 crore Indians owning a smartphone, half a billion using the Internet, 30 crore using Facebook, 20 crore sending messages on WhatsApp and 3 crore users on Twitter, political parties and candidates will aggressively use new technology and social media to win the hearts and minds of young voters.

Millions of poll workers, police and security personnel are deployed in cities, towns, villages and hamlets. They use planes, boats, trains, helicopters, elephants and camels and travel by foot to reach far flung voters, because every vote counts. Elections in India are nothing less than a "festival of democracy."

There are many political parties who might declare their Prime Minister candidates before due to the publicity. Like last year PM Modi was the face for BJP and he had managed to put a remarkable victory in his pocket. However, with this win, there were many other parties who weren’t even managed to grab a seat in double number. Aam Aadmi Party won in a total of 4 seats who was fighting for Arvind Kejriwal.

Congress was another party that was not able to grab attention. However, by the time Rahul Gandhi is the declared president of the party and Prime Minister candidate. It will be amazing to see whether it will make some difference for Congress or not. Well, only time can tell for whom voters are rooting for.
