47 Thousand Farmers Lost Their Loan

District Magistrate Bhavani Singh Khagrot said that the loan of 213 crores 26 lakh 49 thousand 47714 farmers has been waived in the district. Apart from this, 50 lakh 92 thousand loans of 2098 farmers of District Cooperative Bank Limited have been waived.

He said that under the Deendayal Upadhyaya Rural Jyoti Yojna, there has been a lot of effort to strengthen the power distribution system in rural areas and ensure quality power supply to the consumers. Under this plan, work of capacity addition of three power sub-stations and 17 power transformers and construction of infrastructure for up to 295 units of connecting / unconnecting households is being undertaken. For this, 14 crore 68 lakh 38 thousand have been released.

In the meeting held in Collectorate Auditorium, the District Magistrate informed that under the Sadbhavna Yojana, connection to the poor families of rural and urban areas is given free connection and the above poverty line families are deposited in 10 easy installments of 50 rupees. The connection is being issued by putting camps in the villages. At present, 7441 poor families in the rural areas and 13,06 of the total population of 6065 above poverty line have been benefitted. As per the Prime Minister Ujjwala scheme, till now, 102739 families have been benefitted with the aim of benefitting 147394 families in the district. Chief Development Officer Badrinath Singh said that in the work of freeing the roads in the pit, all the working units have been discharged from the roads by spending a total of 1213.76 lakhs in the length of 853.751 km of 398 roads. For facilitating traffic, work on two roads under Central Road Fund is underway.

Most people take personal loans at the time of economic difficulties. But it is not necessary that you get so much as much as you need. But someone tells you that at the time of trouble you will get a few paisa freely, what will the bank trust? Yes it is true. However, the State Bank of India (SBI) has given some such offer. SBI is giving you a personal accident cover of 5 lakh rupees for free. However, for that you have to open a special account in the bank.

Not a normal account is special
The opening account under SBI's offer is not a common account, but there is a special type of account. Because there is no minimum balance required. However one is for a fixed time only. Also, there is no scope to open this account. SBI is opening this account on zero balance. You do not need to go to the bank for this, but this account can only be opened online.
What is the significance of the account?
This account will open on zero balance.
You have to download the SBI Mobile App yonosbi.com.
In this app you can apply online for the account.

As soon as you open a bank account, your personal accident will be insured, which is free of charge.
Under Personal Accident Insurance, it will have an insured of Rs. 5 lakhs.
What to Do to Open an Account
Download SBI yono app to open an online account.
You need support and PAN to open an account.
You must provide both information while applying online.

How long is this offer?
If you open this account, you do not need minimum balance until August 31, 2018. That is, you can keep jeera balance in the account. However, after August 31, you will have to maintain a minimum balance.
SBI Terms
The benefit of this facility can only be taken up by people of Indian citizenship. These Indians should be above 18 years of age and should not have any foreign tax liability.
There should also be a PAN with a 12 digit base number to open an account. The support and PAN card information is not acceptable, the support figures are considered valid only.
Customer should have a valid and active mobile number, which is registered on its name. There should also be an email id, so you can take advantage of this service.
The customer should have the full e-KVICE. To open a zero balance account, you will have to give biometric authentication to e-KYVICE by visiting the nearest SBI branch.
According to SBI, only a single digital saving account can be opened on a mobile number.

Career development begins with and success depends on effective career counseling. Career counseling focuses on the employee’s career goals and the preparation of career plans consistent with the organization’s future staffing needs. Career counseling should lead to a career plan that identifies the employee’s short-term and long-term career goals and subsequently the training and development needed to achieve those goals, and the range of career options to provide flexibility for growth and development. 

Counseling should be directed at getting the right people trained and developed at the right time to fill organization’s staffing needs. All employees covered by a career program are to be offered career counseling at least once a year, or when requested by the employee to assist in developing realistic career plans (Baruch, 2006). Career counseling should be a continuous process that meets the continuing needs of employees. Effective career counseling is dependent on your knowledge of the career management system.

Experts describe coaching as “on-the-job training.” On the contrary it’s a very special kind of training. It’s not what a co-worker might do when showing someone how the database is set up. It’s different from managing, too; it’s less about directing the work and more about helping someone succeed in their plans and goals, it’s about evoking Excellence in others, “it’s a way of working with people that leaves them more competent and more fulfilled so that they are more able to contribute to their organizations and find meaning in what they are doing (Snell and Bohlander, 2008).

Coaching is about building relationships and that takes time. For coaching to work well, it has to happen regularly. It’s important to remember to spend as much time coaching strong employees as weaker ones. Sometimes managers wind up concentrating on the employee who need remedial attention to the detriment of stronger performers who don’t seem to need any help. Managers must meet often with all the people they manage; individually and as a team so as to establish trusting relationships. These may be unplanned meetings to discuss a specific problem that has come up on a project or more formal sessions that are scheduled head of time (Dessler, 2005).
