Recently, the Gujarat government has announced a guideline on how to get a Lockdown Exemption Pass for people coming from outside Gujarat.
For this You have to Apply For A Pass Online through Digital Gujarat Portal, you have to create an account and do all the processing in it. Then You will be able to travel after getting this Lockdown Exemption Pass.
Here I have given to a Comple Procedure How to Apply For COVID-19 Pass For Travel Out of the Gujarat and those who willing to come in Gujarat.

Procedure for COVID-19 Lockdown Exemption Pass for Movement out of Gujarat
First of all open website https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in on digital Gujarat portal
if you are already registered for any service of the government of Gujarat on digital Gujarat portal you have to direct login with your registered id and password
If you are using digital Gujarat portal first time then select on \ New Registration Option (Citizen) in the website https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in
Click here for new Registration
Clicking on the above button will open a new registration form fill up the required details like your birthday, mobile no and create a password) (password should be alphanumeric with a minimum of six digits
then after in the Registered User, you have to log in with your registered id(Your user name is your registered email id or registered mobile no) and password
in user name enter your registered mobile no or E-Mail id) (enter Captcha code as shown in box) then click on login button
Click here on request on service
Then select the following service from different services
Click here
Then after clicking on Continue To Service Button
here your request id will be generate
Then after click on Continue button
Then Fillup Neceserry Details According to Your Traveling Location
Procedure For Pass for Coming to Gujarat from out State

Enter details of the address where you currently, live /Stay outside the state of Gujarat like building number / block number / plot number / flat number / street number, society / flat name, village / city name area name
