Circular issued by the signature of Mehul Vasai, general secretary of the Gujarat government, said that despite government instructions, the real estate records are not submitted on time or the government is not presenting it by the government officials. Investigation is conducted only when a complaint is received against an officer or application. This situation is not satisfactory.

Government officials have to have real estate assets against themselves and their families, all details of vehicles, houses, investments, including the rules, will be given in the time limit. If an officer or employee misbehaves or does not provide information, legal action will be taken against him.

If the property tax is not submitted to the competent authority within the stipulated time given by the government official, then the officer not presenting such sheets will have to stop the salary of the April month.
