An important publicly-filed petition has been filed in the Gujarat High Court against the indictment of illiterate tuition by teachers of state-sponsored and non-granted schools. In this public interest petition filed by Hemang Rawal of the Federation of Academic Association of Gujarat, the State Government, including the education department, have been shown as defendant parties.

The PIL filed in the widespread interest of state students and guardians is likely to be heard in the court of Chief Justice next week. Advocates of Suraj Shukla in the publicly-filed petition filed by Federation of the Association of Academic Association of Gujarat Hemang Rawal have come up with important points of reference that according to the notification dated 30/04/2002 of the Gujarat government, any school of school or non-granted school teachers Apart from tuition, any kind of educational activity can not be done. Although the law of tuition is strictly prohibited in the government's law, tuition activity is being done illegally by thousands of state-sponsored and non-granted teachers for years. Not only this, especially in the standard-10 board examinations which are taken from 70 marks and the remaining 30 marks are being put up by the school, the teachers lifted heavy misuse and disadvantage of the teachers, and the teachers and their guardians, Giving threats of giving or ignoring fewer marks. By doing so, the commercialization of education under the tuition and the black market has made such elements.

Throughout the entire issue from the applicant, the Governor, Chief Minister, from the Minister of Education, PMO and the Central Human Resource Ministry, have written several written and written oral and repeated requests to follow the tuition act several times. Frequently sought information by RTE under relevant authorities, but the reply of RTO by government authorities is not satisfactory either. Advocate Suraj Shukla, appearing for applicant Hemang Rawal, has presented some important information on the record of the High Court along with the evidence of illegal tuition by teachers of 13 schools of Ahmedabad. The applicant has been requested to review the arrangements of 30 internal marks in the standard 10 from the applicants to the state government, so that students and guardians can avoid the blackmailing of teachers' tuition.

In spite of the government's law prohibiting tuition, no effective implementation is done in the state, the high court's intervention has become inevitable in this matter. Advocate Suraj Shukla, appearing for applicant Hemang Rawal, has presented some important information on the record of the High Court along with the evidence of illegal tuition by teachers of 13 schools of Ahmedabad
